Blake Edmonds is a rising star in Michigan’s GOP

blakeedmonds

Blake Edmonds is one of the new faces of the Republican Party: the 23-year-old African American has been active in politics since he was a student at Aquinas College, and now he is seeking public office. Edmonds is running for State Representative in the 75th District in Michigan, which encompasses much of Grand Rapids.

Alexandrea Griffin of Hypeline interviewed Edmonds about his reasons for running for office and his inspirations. You can read the entire interview by clicking right here.

Edmonds is facing an uphill battle in his run for office. The 75th District is 72% Democrat, so he needs as much help and support as possible. You can click here to visit Edmonds’ website, and you can click here to visit his Facebook page.
