The iconic comedian recently admitted to ESPN radio host Colin Cowherd that he no longer bothers to do concerts at colleges, because young people have turned into a bunch of politically correct douchebags:
“I don’t play colleges but I hear a lot of people tell me, ‘Don’t go near colleges, they’re so PC.’ I have no interest in gender or race or anything like that,” Seinfeld said. “But everyone else is kind of, with their calculating—is this the exact right mix? I think that’s—to me it’s anti-comedy. It’s more about PC-nonsense.”
Seinfeld has realized what conservatives have known for years: colleges have turned into PC indoctrination centers where contrary opinions – especially conservative principles – are not welcomed. The namesake of fighting chicken Little Jerry Seinfeld even discussed how the PC mentality has infected teenagers, including his own daughter:
“My daughter’s 14. My wife says to her, ‘Well, you know, in the next couple of years, I think maybe you’re going to want to hang around the city more on the weekends so you can see boys.’ You know, my daughter says, ‘That’s sexist,’ he recalls. “They just want to use these words. ‘That’s racist. That’s sexist. That’s prejudice.’ They don’t even know what they’re talking about.”
Welcome to the struggle, Jerry.
