Marco Rubio: Mainstream Media is Democrats’ Ultimate Super PAC (VIDEO)

Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio both had impressive performances at Wednesday’s GOP presidential debate, with one of the better lines of the night coming when Rubio took aim at the mainstream media. Here’s the clip:

It’s never a good idea to base your choice on President on sound bites (we’re looking at you, Donald Trump), but they can help define the tone of an election season. “It’s the economy, stupid” and “Hope and change” helped define the mood of the country, and ultimately helped put a Democrat in the White House. With just a handful of statements, Cruz and Rubio have set a tone that could neuter the mainstream media bias that has dominated past election cycles. By calling them out now, the behavior of the media is now the focus from here on out, not their rhetoric.
