TCS News Corp., a New York corporation (“TCS”, the “Company”, “we” or “us”), maintains TCSNews.com (the “Website”), an Internet news aggregation service that provides stories hosted by third-party media outlets. We take the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes our privacy practices and what information we may collect from you and what we will and will not do with that information.

  1. Collection and Utilization of Information.
    1. Automatic Collection. When you use the Website, we will automatically receive information relating to your use of the Website, including your internet protocol address, data relating to performance of your network and computer or device, language and identifying information, and your operating system.
    2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We compile and analyze non-personally identifiable information on an aggregated basis. For example, we may know that a certain number of people visited this Privacy Policy yesterday or the duration of use of the Website.
    3. Cookies. We may also store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) that we can access when you visit the Website. We do this to help improve the user experience of the Website. If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your computer or device, please refer to the instructions for your file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies. Please note that by deleting our cookies or disabling future cookies you may not be able to access certain areas or features of the Website.
    4. Advertisers. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Some of the advertisements you see on the Website are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Website or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please note that TCS does not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of these third parties. These third parties may offer you a way to choose not to have your information used for advertising purposes. For example, some of these companies are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”), which provides a single location where you can opt out of receiving targeted ads from member companies. To opt out, please visit the NAI’s website at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. Please note that if you choose to opt out of having your information used to deliver advertisements tailored to your interests, you will continue to see advertisements on the Site, but these advertisements may not be as relevant to you.
