House Approves Law Retaliating Against Obama’s Use of Executive Actions

The House approved legislation Wednesday that would let Congress file civil lawsuits against the executive branch for failing to enforce the laws, a response to what Republicans say is an Obama administration that routinely ignores the will of Congress.


Members approved the bill in a 233-181 vote. Every Republican voted for it, along with five Democrats: Reps. John Barrow (Ga.), Henry Cuellar (Texas), Pete Gallego (Texas), Collin Peterson (Minn.), and Nick Rahall (W.Va.)...

Tyrant-In-Chief Mocks GOP’s Concern For Excessive Use of Executive Action

"Well, it's Friday.  It's after 5:00.  So this is now officially happy hour with the Democratic Party.  (Applause.)  I can do that.  It is an executive action.  I have the authority.  (Laughter.)  Henry is picking up the tab.  (Laughter.)"

Valerie Jarrett Confirms Obama Going Rogue!

On Thursday, Obama’s senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, told  Bill O’Reilly that the president’s abuse of power via executive orders will continue into 2014.

After politely listening to O’Reilly encourage her to get Michelle Obama to  come on his show and tell black teenagers not to have sex,  the composed, slick and smiling Jarrett didn’t hold back.

When O’Reilly shifted the conversation and asked  if Obama’s “bad numbers” from a recent CBS poll were due to ObamaCare, Jarrett replied:

"I think that as a result of what the President did at the State of the Union he changed the paradigm. We're going to have a year of action. He's going to be doing a lot of things that don't necessarily involve Congress...
